Mobile Telecommunications Network design and development. As Technical Partners to Teleplan AS. We undertake design and deployment of mobile networking solutions ranging from pre-feassibility and feasibility studies, networking planning for private and public networks, network rollouts, BTS contractions etc.

Mobile Network testing and optimization. we carry out network analysis, network performance testing and optimazatuon, Network, Network quality assurance, health and safty compliance etc.

This section is a description of the method by which Kapstones Constructs will fulfill its project management commitment to clients. The following points are pertinent:

• KAPSTONE SOLUTIONS is prepared for the rollout of BTS projects

Dedicated customer Interface
Kapstone Solutions already set up a dedicated team headed by seasoned project Manager for all client projects. The main assignment of this team shall be to meet the following key objectives:

• To offer clients a full technical support program
• To build high quality sites in a short time
• To be dedicated to meeting the needs of clients in all sites build projects.

Project Management
Organisation
Apart from the Project Manager, the team shall consist of the following key members:

• Project Engineer
• Logistic Manager
• Quality Control Manager
• HSE Officer
• Site Supervisors
• Project Manager

The project Manager shall have overall responsibility for the Kapstone Solutions commitment and the successful implementation of the project.

The Project manager shall have the responsibility to ensure:

• That the contractual obligations and requirements are met concerning the design, installation and hand over phases.
• That planning, control and reporting of the project is performed.
• That lead times for delivery are met
• That agreed objectives are met
• That the work meets all quality requirements
• That the practical project interface with customer is functioning well
• That the completed sites are handed over to clients in a timely manner.

Project Engineer

The project Engineer will facilitate the administration for the project Manager. He is responsible for describing and maintaining the processes used during the entire project. He will set up the processes, describe them in an operational way and put them into operation on the project, and also adapt and optimize them on continual basis in order to meet the quality requirements of Clients.

Logistic Manager

The logistic manager shall be responsible for ordering, storage and delivery to site all materials.

Invoices from subcontractors and external suppliers will pass through the ordering office to be checked and approved. The ordering and Logistic Manager is also responsible for transportation and temporary storage of goods in all warehouses.

HSE Officer

The Officer shall be the head of the HSE team and shall be responsible for enforcing KAPSTONE SOLUTIONS policy and manuals on all our project sites. Any other safety rules as it applies to Alan Dick shall also be enforced.
