Shawn Amedeo has a prestigious international career in Information and communication Technology. He was appointed executive chairman of Kapstone in December 2003. He was previously chairman of TransformGB for three years.
Shawn joined Kapstone in the United Kingdom in 2001 as a telecom and networking consultant and has held various management positions within the company and around the world.

With wide industry sector experience, covering business consulting, telecommunications start -ups and e-business, Mr Oguname is a professional entrepreneur with a proven track record of successful business ventures in start-ups and major business improvement programmes in major Telecommunications companies in Europe and US.
Ebosele specialises in Information Technology Network design, Telecommunications DWDM, SDH network design and implementation, Fixed Wireless Access deployment, POP design and Implementation, e-business strategy and development.
Following on from his own successful European consulting business he is now expanding into the African market, with his interest in developing the ICT in Africa and in Nigeria in particular.

Executive Offices
Milton was appointed a member of the executive committee of Kapstone in January 2003. He joined Kapstone in as director - Software development.
He is the former Director of Development at TransformGB and ex-Systems Engineer for Dione plc. With more than 15 years experience in software & systems management, design and development, he worked on early Internet infrastructure projects.
In recent years he has devoted himself to the advancement of Internet, e-commerce and smart card technologies. While with Dione Milton helped deliver the worlds first EMV approved payment terminal and worked closely with Europay, MasterCard and Visa to help migrate modern smartcard payment technologies to the Internet.
Mr. Ezeh focuses on identifying and pursuing new areas of opportunity for Kapstone’s growing capabilities, and he has operational and client management responsibility for Kaptone’s businesses.
Executive Officer
Nsikak joined Kapstone in 2004 as a Lead Systems developer. Later that year he was appointed to join the board of directors.
He is the former Client services manager, Softec information systems, and Head of Computer Department, Akwa Ibom State- Budget Office.
He also worked as a consultant with ARIF Technologies Limited. He has more than 7 years experience in Software Analysis and Design, IT Products marketing and Business Development, and has been directly involved in the development of over 30 customized software solutions.
He is presently involved in providing IT consulting Services and mapping out IT infrastructure blueprints for public and private concern.
He is also an expert in ITsystems audit, computerized systems security & control, IT business development strategies and IT solutions marketing.
Executive Officer
Idong also joined Kapstone in 2004 as a Lead Systems developer. He was appointed to join the board of directors in January 2005.
He has a strong background in IT professional services, both large scale systems integration and IT outsourcing.
