Chief Executive Officer
With wide industry sector experience, covering business consulting, telecommunications start -ups and e-business solutions , Mr Oguname is a professional entrepreneur with a proven track record of successful business ventures in start-ups and major business improvement programmes in major Telecommunications companies in Europe, Asia and the US.  He holds a degree in Electronic Systems and computer engineering with an European language (Spanish) as a major.
Ebosele specialises in Information Technology Network design, Telecommunications DWDM, SDH network design and implementation, Fixed Wireless Access deployment, POP design and Implementation, e-business strategy and development.
Following on from his own successful European, the USA and Asian providing Technical consulting services in 23 major countries, he is now bringing his experience to bear in the expanding African market and with his interest in developing ICT in Africa and in Nigeria in particular, he decided to set – up Kapstone solutions Nig ltd.
He is the founder of Kapstone Solutions Nigeria Ltd

Milton Ezeh
Executive Director
Milton was appointed a member of the executive managament of Kapstone in January 2003. He joined Kapstone in as director - Software development.

He is the former Director of Development at TransformGB and ex-Systems Engineer for Dione plc. With more than 15 years experience in software & systems management, design and development, he worked on early Internet infrastructure projects.

In recent years he has devoted himself to the advancement of Internet, e-commerce and smart card technologies. While with Dione Milton helped deliver the worlds first EMV approved payment terminal and worked closely with Europay, MasterCard and Visa to help migrate modern smartcard payment technologies to the Internet.
Mr. Ezeh focuses on identifying and pursuing new areas of opportunity for Kapstone’s growing capabilities, and he has operational and client management responsibility for Kaptone’s businesses.

Shawn Mycroft
Chief Technical Officer
Shawn Mycroft has a prestigious international career in Information and communication Technology. He was appointed executive chairman of Kapstone in December 2003. He was previously chairman of TransformGB for three years.

Shawn joined Kapstone in the United Kingdom in 2001 as a telecom and networking consultant and has held various management positions within world class companies around the world.

Geert Valk
Executive Director
Geert also joined Kapstone in 2004 as a Lead Network Solutions & Video Conferencing Expert. He was appointed to join the board of directors in January 2005.
He has a strong background in IT professional services, both large scale systems integration and Wide Area Network design and Implementation. DWDM  role out in Europe and asia.

 Aniekan Udoh
 Executive Director
Aniekan  Joined Kapstone in 2005, as a Network Engineer , he was appointed and executive director in 2007.
He’s an Electrical Engineer from Obafemi Awolowo University and own 2nd Degree in Management from University of Jos where he developed his skills in Managing of Team in the Filed of Telecoms arena.

To further his educational career he has attended series of training for example Radio Network Optimization (RNO), Ericsson, Malaysia, Base Station System Overview, and he’s Ericsson Certified. He started his career with Nabar Communication & Office Automation

Products Pvt Ltd as Service Engineer. There he was responsible for Installation and Programming, Testing and maintenance of Accord EPABX as designed by Accord
communication Ltd. He was a team member with M/s Aster Teleserveses Pvt Ltd and was involved in site survey and Installation of BTS (GSM) of Ericsson Equipment, actively involved in Microwave LOS survey, Path Designes and Frequency Planning, effectively handling the Installation and commissioning of Microwave Communication equipment for Ericsson. . In His desires to excel in the telecom field, he joined Mack Telecom Services Ltd, where his past experiences came into play. He was involved in handling Key Projects for the Company such as Integration and Testing of SDH Equipments of Notel Networks, Implementation of SDH Site or Nortel Equipment for Reliance Telecoms, Installation, Commissioning and Integration of Motorola’s GSM, Involved in Installation of CBSC of CDMA Motorola Equipment for PBTL. He was involved in Various Projects execution on GSM Site Built, from the Installation, Testing of BTS Cell Site, Site ATP and Microwave Installation, Project Co-ordination and Technical support, Warehouse Quality Control and management for Vmobile Projects until he left and joined Kapstone Solutions.

 Alexander Akomolafe
 Quality Control Manager
Alexander joined Kapstone late 2006
He obtained B.Sc Hons Metullurgical and Maintenance Engineering from the famous Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State; he’s a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineer, also obtained Project Management Workshop from the Business School, Netherlands and member of Project Management Institute.
His working career started with Debo Industries Limited as Trainee Engineer with responsibilities for supervision of metal, polymer fabrications and assembling of refrigerator’s metallic and polymeric hard ware as well as preparing Quality Assurance (QA) as well as Quality Control (QC) documents for finished products. He later joined Anchorage constructions Limited as an Engineer, after his NYSC programmed in Bauchi State, where he was involved with programming, Mobilizing Personnel and monitoring the dispatch of materials for Project execution as well as Producing materials specifications, scope of work and Bills of Quantities for project execution.
